The advancement of information technology requires government institutions to adapt to digital systems to improve work efficiency. The Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Batam City still uses Google Forms to manage voter data, which is prone to recording errors and lacks transparency. This study aims to design a web-based voter data information system to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data security. The model used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with system modeling based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). This research utilizes literature studies, observations, and interviews as data input. The system is developed using PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework to ensure reliability and accessibility. The study results show that this system allows Bawaslu Batam City to input, verify, update, and report voter data more efficiently while also enabling the public to check their voter status and report suspected violations. The conclusion of this study is that a web-based information system can reduce errors in voter data management and increase election transparency. Implementing this system is expected to strengthen public trust in the electoral process.
